Aghios Dimitrios

Another swim today , at Aghios Dimitrios, and a very tiny mini walk on the flat. It's clearly going to be a long time before I can do a proper walk.
The wild flowers continue to be lovely and ever changing. These yellow Jerusalem Sage bushes are very widespread and in full bloom at the moment.
A nice dinner at my next door neighbours in the evening.
