Poet’s Daffodil

I thought I was going to do a creative indoor blip today because it rained all day, but when I was leaving work the sun started to break through the clouds.  Right in front of the office there are two beds of these beautiful flowers that just bloomed a couple of days ago, so I couldn’t resist. By the time I made it home it looked like rain again. 
Although we haven’t planted yet in the vegetable garden, the arugula I planted last year came back and I was able to cut a bunch to add to the salad tonight. I also cut a small bouquet of lily of the valley as they are starting to bloom now.
