No sunshine now

For the last few weeks we have basked in wonderful sunshine with many days of blue skies as were seen in a number of blips.

Now it is as if a great wad of grey cotton wool has descended blotting out the sun and lowering spirits. I hear it was sunny for a time in Ayrshire- God's own county ( Scotland's Yorkshire).

Spent the day helping a friend move house and picking up two new pairs of specs, including a pair of sunspecs- eternal optimist!
