Notes: Early morning, awake just after 5a and couldn't go back to sleep. Went for a balmy jog - nice temps and bit of a breeze. Made a great alkaline bowl for breakfast/lunch: wild black rice in water/vegetable broth, broccoli, carrots topped with EVOO and coconut aminos. Made enough for several meals. Finally heard back from Carmen on this place - she has someone who may still be interested. Sold the camera that I bought from Ryan over the holidays - just couldn't get into it (the guy's wife is a dancer and he paid in in ones!). Went to the pool for a short bit - quite warm. Humidity dropping and some cooler weather coming in for next day or so.
