Spring?

Another coffee. Another muffin. 

This morning was different however. The sunshine was warm. Even now at 19:15, it is still 13ºc. I did not have to rush out after dinner to save my tomato seedlings from a frosty death. 

I even sat in the garden with a gin and tonic at 17:00. I thought about taking my jumper off, but...

My main achievement for the today was to avoid slicing or dicing my fingers as I tried to prepare a curry after the G&T. My hand must have slipped with the gin bottle.  

Next week I should be able to sit down to drink my coffee at the farm shop, after outside table service resumes, and I will not have to hide away behind the apple trees in case anyone gets the wrong idea.
