Occupational hazard

I have no idea how I did this. I am quite sure that I didn't hit anything. Or maybe the lowest rung of the ladder when emerging from the water. The thing is, with cold water, it's not just your testicles that you cannot feel, you basically cannot feel anything. 
On the plus side I am now quite sure that there were no great whites sniffing around the Forty Foot today.
