Two Bricks (imaginative title)

For those who recall yesterdays blip today I managed to do 2), 3) and 4) on the large bed and 3) and 4) on one of the small beds on the patio. Since it was quite warm and sunny it was hard work.
Getting all this done was the aim of the day so to be ready for the delivery of slate tomorrow. The flaw in this plan occurred when the man from the quarry phoned to say he has no slate, so no delivery tomorrow.
Not happy (understatement)
In the absence of slate I had to use old bricks that are lying around the garden to hold down the weed suppressing sheet. Most are battered, broken and blank but I found these two in the pile.
Central Whittlesea is a brickmaker from near Peterborough, been going since 1969, producing millions of bricks each week. Since they have made so many finding a couple in the garden should be no surprise.
