Ducklings

Once I had seen the ducklings yesterday I knew I would have to return this morning with a better camera and, more importantly, a longer lens.  But they  proved very difficult to capture - they moved so fast and seemingly randomly.  Only a very small portion of the shots I took were acceptably sharp and none as sharp as I would have liked. 

For most of the time the ducklings were spread out around the pond with the mother looking lost in the middle.  This was one of the few occasions when they joined the mother.  There were at least another two who continued to stay away.
