End of an Era

We've finally done it, 13 months after my mum passed away we completed on her house today. As my brother was still living there a lot of the furniture could not be moved out until this week, but by 12.30pm everyone in the chain had completed and I handed the keys over to the estate agent.

I'm not upset, selling a house is fine, I will always have memories, photos, treasured items. A family with three young children are moving in, which is brilliant. They were my favourites of all the viewers an it's a lovely big house for them to make their own. I am relieved though and glad that it is all over.
