I now have two of these important leaflets, having received my second dose of the Covid-19 AstraZeneca vaccine this afternoon.

Unfortunately, it does not constitute proof as it is merely an information leaflet and, in any case, we were given only the one between us but, as we were not allowed to take photos in the Centre, it is the only evidence I have for a blip.

But all went well, we travelled by bus - first time since last November - and common sense prevailed as, despite our appointments being two hours apart, we were both taken and were vaccinated and out before the earlier of the two.

We have been warned by others of a more severe reaction to the second dose so are prepared to feel rough for a day or so.
