New Orleans?

I've spent time today preparing for tomorrow's WI Jazz Night.
The desserts at our social events are legendary and I volunteered to make one this time. I made an "orange and lemon refrigerator cake", a Delia recipe. There will be a stunning selection on the night and it is one of the things that lures our husbands to our events.
This is the first time for a long time that we have had a jazz night with a live band. To add to the entertainment we will have a decorated umbrella parade, and I spent hours fiddling about with mine!
