Slow down

Cars that come through our village sometimes speed over the speed humps which is irritating. Resident L has taken on the task of trying to slow the cars by painting signs on both sides of these humps! This one is close to our home as well as hers, and seems to have had a fairly good effect. I saw her today touching up her signs, hanging onto her hat in the wind and enjoying the remarks of the passing motorists.
Another weekend - I don't have fixed plans...I do have a book to read so that might be a priority.
Hopefully the wind will cease - hubby was nervous to walk along the clifftop this evening in case he was blown over into the sea!!
