Jonah Day!

Charlie came to join me for lunch in the garden (having just been told off for nearly catching a blue tit) :):)

The rash on my face has been very sore today and my face and head are aching :(

And R E L A X!  

Hoping to rest the weekend away and get myself feeling a bit fitter, since I've had to cancel plans to meet up with friends...we decided it wasn't wise for me to drive the distance whilst being unwell...
