Fly

This morning we had a friend round to the garden for coffee and this afternoon we went for our first cycle ride of the year. Obviously we have both lost fitness but it was a good ride and we both enjoyed it.
There seemed to be a dirth of insects to photograph today. I am not entirely happy with this but it is the best of the day.
