Fencing

I did a bit of fencing, closing the top of the big field. It won’t keep the animals out but will provide a bit of protection for the pump I’ll put by the spring for irrigation this year.

A beautiful balmy evening, cuckoos calling, before the wind swung back to the north east.

The Boss was kept awake last night, by of all things, nightingales belting out their greatest hits such as ‘Berkeley Square, that was a time that was,’ and ‘Give me an ode and I’ll give you a good time’ ( please add your own).
