What a grey day

It's just been such a grim day. Woke up and could not get the poor devastated family and friends of Christina Edkins out of my thoughts and prayers. It felt like a pall of heavy sadness had fallen upon the Hagley Road along the route of the No 9 bus today. The swirling wet fog has clung to the city all day.
