After a couple of trips to the dump today, I managed to get out for a cycle after lunch and explore more of my local woods. I have heard that there is all sorts of things in the wood, including houses. 

As we are still so early in the year, the foliage is still pretty restrained. Due to this, I managed to find one of the old houses in the wood. I've cycled past this spot a few times, but it has always been at the height of summer, when this house is hidden. I might come back later and explore the this area so more to see what else is around here. 

The second image is from a little earlier on the ride, where it seems that you can travel for miles without running into a road or village.
