Whose Skullcap Is It, Anyway?

My Plant Identifier app says it is Drummond's, Google says it might be Wright's, so who do you believe?  I know that I believe it is some sort of Skullcap with a side pf pareidolia and it is my entry for Flower Friday this week!  In the extras, Iknow that he is not a flower and the picture is not good enough to be my main blip, but I have never seen one of these before.  I believe it might be a Solitary Sandpiper and he was in the creek behind my house.  Thanks to Biker Bear for hosting.....
