Looking Out Over the Cathedral Grounds.

High on a wall of St. David's Cathedral is this carving of the current Bishop of St Davids - The Right Reverend J Wyn Evans.
He was Dean for 14 years and made Bishop in 2008. The carving was completed during his time as Dean and was part of the Restoration of the East End of the Cathedral.

As you can see, St. David was smiling on us today with sunshine and blue skies - rather different from yesterday's blip. Let us hope his magnanimity continues :-)
