#660... Celebrating...

Ruben ran his 100th parkrun and I did my 50th volunteer back where it all began at Sandgate parkrun with RD Brenton who was actually the RD on the day Ruben and David turned up and Ruben ran his first parkrun while David watched...
Ruben played school cricket on Thursday and got hit in the thigh with a cricket ball that came off his bat, yesterday (Friday) he ran the school cross country and finished 2nd and the plan was to do just enough to make the schools District team to run again next week, so today at parkrun he just needed to complete the parkrun and still ran 21:54... Ice has been his best friend the last 3 days...
