Plug me in

Today has been all about energy. I had the best meeting I have had in years. I met with the young apprentices. They just crackle with energy, enthusiasm and good ideas. It is totally infectious and really energising. I loved it. I took lots of photos of them but it didn't seem right publishing that here without their permission.

It is a good job they gave me some energy, I certainly needed it for my trip to Wolverhampton.
