Treeburst

A late afternoon trip to one of my favourite trees on Ideford Common (I do have quite a lot of favourite trees). The sun was at the right level squeeze into a fork of the tree and I used f16 and my wide angle lens to get as much of the tree in as I could.

As I was walking back to the car I realised I hadn't got my glasses, I'd pushed them up on my head and they must have slipped off. I went back and searched around but couldn't find them ... until I realised I was looking through them. A nice little twist on the classic daft old sod scenario!
