Along the canal

A very industrial morning. I've had the step ladder in the conservatory waiting to clean the outside of it. Today was the day. I cleaned the roof with  the telescopic pole, rinsed off with the hose. I also cleaned some of the white plastic. Had another Covid test for the research then had breakfast. 
Went for a nice long (6 mile) canal round walk. I met Sandra and Cathy by the horses. It was busier on the canal nice to see boats moving. The light and shadows so different from early morning. I did keep stopping and having a sit, both my benches were free! I took water and a little snack which I also needed. 
There were a few bluebells by the canal towpath.
