Bäzi, 1991

We visited my mother today and finally came home with this bottle that probably my grandparents got 30 years ago. "Bäzi" in Swiss dialect is a schnapps distilled from pears and apples. Often from the leftovers at the cidery. "Bure Eigenbrand" means that a farmer distilled it himself. 

We have not tasted it yet ...
