Walking in the rain

There is a saying in Wanaka “rain at 7, gone by 11”, and that was certainly true today. We have just finished lunch and the sun is pouring in the windows, making our fire rather unnecessary!
Friends are calling around soon, and we will try out the ginger loaf that is cooking in the oven. I haven’t made it before.
