Tense music

We had ran out of the home made pasta sauce in the freezer so I made another batch. It takes a couple of hours slowly reducing it but its a regular standby.
We also have a new kitchen knife. Probably the sharpest knife I have ever seen.
I am only blipping it so I have a timeline as to how long it took for me to need medical intervention.
