white sourdough bread

I didn't make this bread, I bought it in a fantastic little bakery which has recently opened up in Easton, Bristol. They've offered to give me some of their sourdough starter which is 4 years old (I think) so I'll be going back with a small tupperware container to get some so I can make my own sourdough bread at home.
