A Taste Of Freedom

This morning I ventured out for the first time since my hip replacement.

Full of trepidation, I gingerly got into the passenger seat of my car and was driven carefully to Playa Paraíso to Juan´s chiringuito for coffee.

Actually, it was extremely easy and I got in and out of the car without any difficulty at all.

Afterwards we went to the new flat. This was only the second time I had been in it since I bought it. It was exciting to see in the sitting room boxes of assorted bathroom stuff waiting to be installed.

It is all getting a little closer.

Just need the power and water on now.
