Weight loss journey progress report 25042021
A year and four weeks of lockdown and 31 weeks home from hospital since discharge after stroke and I have to report a small loss of 0.5 lbover the week. It should have been more: I managed a calorie deficit of more than 500 calories each day and the weather was good and work in the allotments enabled me to achieve more than 10,000 steps each day and a distance of more than 5 miles each day. Participating in FitBit challenges (goal day, daily showdown and bingo).added impetus to achieving exercise goals The problem is the white carbs in my meals that I can’t resist and seem to need after working in the allotments. If the weather remains good in the coming week and I can resist treats and white carbs I should be able to record another small loss in the coming week and that is my goal.
I hope you all have had a good week and that you are all keeping safe and fit in these uncertain times. I hope the easing of the lockdown restrictions, the possible problems with the Oxford Zeneca vaccine and the threat posed by new COVID variants is not having too much of a detrimental effect on your scales. Keep positive and safe
