Neighbours

One of the advantages of living rural is that during government lockdowns, no one knows if we still wander a bit, as long as we keep off the main roads and away from strangers!  Fighting cabin fever and ennui, I went for a stroll with Graham this afternoon - just our communal gardens and the olive farm next door where our neighbour was so engrossed in his task that I don't think he even saw us.

A day that started late after last night's lack of sleep, and completely overcast - but by early evening the sun had broken out from her holding cell clouds and it is delightful as I sit in my warm and sunny back porch/balcony sun room with a beer, watching the sunset, having finished a couple of hours online tutoring which gave the day a sense of purpose.
