Water Droplets

Not a brilliant session of water droplet collisions this afternoon. I have just made up a new batch of xanthan gum solution and getting the right dilution with water is critical is deciding when and how high your water spike will rise which in turn effects how well you can control the collision when your second droplet hits the rising spike.
