Lemon meringue

Today my car had its first MOT and a service. While this was happening I ate breakfast and lunch, and got my hair dyed quite dark and my fringe cut too short. The car fared better, and passed its MOT but only just - needing new front tyres.

Back at home, made a lemon meringue pie and a fish pie without mixing any of the ingredients up! Success! The lemon meringue pie is nowhere near as good as the last one I made though.
