I’m making something

I was having a mooch around the orange trees, a bit sad but so grateful for the time we have had here. Taking a few snaps of flowers, I thought how nice it would be to have a memory of the smells too.

So I’m trying extract orange blossom fragrance (neroli). The petals are incredibly fleshy and firm, really packed full of scent and I can see globules of what I guess is scented oil. I need the microscope...
