What’s for dinner?

Blackened gulf shrimp with creamy parmesan polenta and braised kale.

This was on the menu Saturday night and I had to try it. Omg, yum! It was delicious. It was nice to go out and sit in a restaurant again without being so worried about Covid. I missed being social and enjoying food served while it was still warm instead of takeout.
