Tea for Two

I went down to work today with my line and met some of the guys. It was good to see them again but they said they're not missing me (whatever).

This afternoon, I took my mum and dad down to Dalhousie Castle for a champagne lunch which was a christmas present they received from my nephew and his fiancee. They thoroughly enjoyed it and told me they had sandwiches without crusts then scones with clotted cream and strawberries and jam, oh and off course their glass of champers.

I went back for them and on the way home my mum wanted to buy a couple of lucky dips for the lottery (hope she is lucky). It was great to see them out enjoying themselves after all they had been through in the early part off the year.

I took loads of photos and printed them off for my mum and dad to keep and to show Robert and Laura how they enjoyed their gift. The next big day will be Robert and Laura's wedding in May. My mum's fretting already about her outfit. I said to her calm down mum, it's the bride they will be looking at not you but I think it fell on deaf ears.

The blip is off mum and dad after they arrived this afternoon, I took this before I left them to enjoy what was to follow. Don't they scrub up well.
