Picnic by the Danny

Another gorgeous day so we drove to Blackford again for a walk and then A sit at the rivers meeting point for a picnic.  Ben had brought his water shoes and shorts for a paddle!  He’s holding up a carcass of a long dead sheep. Ugh.  He got the ribs the head and some legs poked out with a stick .  What is it with boys and goryness!

He then had great fun playing with two labs Mara and Sammy.  Throwing stones into the burn for them and them swimming in the deep bit while we chatted to the owner.

Home to some gardening and a further walk up Buckie Braes after tea.
