Warning or not?

A warning sign which gives pretty much no warning of roadworks. What use is it to tell you the works are in 0 yards? Surely by the time you are *that* close you can see there's works? Well, maybe not going by how thick the fog was all day here today. Such a contrast from yesterday. Yuck. Bring back the sun!
