Trip to the skip

Decided today was a good day for a trip to the skip. Being a Monday most of the workers would have done their skipping at the weekend so it ought to be quiet, and next weekend is bank holiday so that is definitely a time to keep clear. I was going to take some insecticide and weedkiller for disposal but read on their website that they were classified as 'hazardous waste' and I would have to wait until autumn for the 'hazardous waste amnesty'. So it went back in the garage. When I got to the skip I noticed that there were weeds growing all around the perimeter. Maybe next time I take it along and offer to do some weeding for them.
