The Flag

This Flag means a lot to you all in Scotland. It is your Flag. I have always wondered how the organisation for international martime rules can use your Flag as signal flag. It is the code for
« My vessel is stopped and makes no way through the water ». I like the flag. Hope it is ok that I have put it up on our pier, to tell neighbours and passers by that our morning dip season has started. I believe I am the only one on the peninsula and the only one I know about that has a signal flag for a morning dip season.
