The One Armed Photographer

My (Chris) working day was broken by a hydro physio session on my shoulder. It was a different way to push my arm to positions it hasn't been in quite some time. The water made it easier but this evening I certainly know I had the session! 

Having not really walked the past week, I got out of the house after work and took a gentle walk across the fields. I'm still very conscious of using my left arm and not carrying heavy camera bags so I went light (one lens) and perfected my one handed shooting approach. It is very much a photo of "now" to fit with the mono Monday theme. 

On the route around, I met a field full of "friends" and couldn't resist capturing one of them under the blossom (see extra).
