Tamworth Castle

Hubby had a day off work today (we should have still been in Sheffield). Walked into Tamworth this morning through the castle grounds. Queued for ages to get into the bank and abandoned our plans to have a coffee as everywhere seemed busy.
A bit of retail therapy this afternoon including an indulgent trip to M&S food hall, the first time I’ve been in a food shop since September.
Ended the afternoon in a canal side beer garden, our first trip to the pub this year.
