'Now' it's time for bed

This semi abstract is my milk heating in the microwave. I've had to work strange hours to join a virtual conference running in the Pacific time zone. Logged off at 11 and all I want to do 'now' is to go to bed ( great Mono Monday theme, thanks to our host )
The rest of the day has revolved around the hospital and phone calls relating to the hospital. I'm feeling a little helpless with it all.
