23 Ks, 14 miles

Went big today and ran 14 miles! It was made more challenging with all the fresh snow. Thats 30 miles in 3 days which im pleased with! Now having 11 days off as will be riding everyday. I am ahead of my training plan and on top of target paces so feeling pretty excited about everything. Sp much so it has put the ringing to the back of my head.
