Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

My daughter's chum has been up to Edinburgh for a few days and the girls have had a good time.

There's been movies (none of which I approve) hair-dying (that's another load of towels ruined) eating on a Roman-scale and "not-getting-up-before-11.30am!"

Lucky devils (the getting-up bit not so much the hair-dying - although in my case there's a fair bit of "Silver Threads Amongst the Gold...)

Unfortunately her pal has to go home tomorrow so this evening has been tinged with a little sadness.

It's been good for Ellie though as the Easter Holidays are long and her friends from school have all been away so it's brightened things up for her a bit.

They're watching "America's Next Top Model" now - where's my pipe and slippers..?
