Have had a very busy morning and early afternoon.  We have been given several vouchers for meals etc. over the pandemic period, of course to be used when the restaurants open.  I have been organising some bookings for them, and also booking for some lunches with friends now that we can do these things. Amazing how much time it takes up, co-ordinating with everyone!

Also been liaising with my sister in Essex as we want to arrange a meet up and have to tie up things to suit us both.  Good fun though and have spent a lot of time on the telephone to her, all with a good result I am happy to say.

And it is a good day to do these things, as there has been a turn in the weather and it is quite cold out, colder than is normal for this time of year.  All after some wonderful weeks of high temperatures and lots of sunshine.  As I speak it is raining that drippy kind of rain so common in Scotland, what we term a 'smirr', enough to soak you if you are out for long, and certainly cooling the temperatures.
