Disorientation

This wee Blue tit is having a really bad day.  The re-roughcasting of the house is almost complete, but the workers came today and erected the scaffolding around the last section to be done and then left as they didn't want to put up roughcast when it was raining.  I don't know why the bird is reacting like this as it didn't happen with scaffolding on the other window, but the blue tit is hovering and trying to get through the glass. I have LOTS of large plants near to the window waiting to be planted out and perhaps it thinks the inside is the outside; or perhaps the scaffolding is causing a reflection from the trees in the garden.  I feel its wee heart will give out.  Tomorrow will be better as there is no rain forecast and the builders will be able to get on and hopefully remove the scaffolding in two days.   The fact I'm close to the window is not affecting it at all.
