Rhododendron Bloom

I have been complaining for some weeks now that the rhododendron bushes at Tyninghame are so late blooming this year. Well today I saw my first bloom, just one in the whole patch of woodland though the buds on others were beginning to show some signs of colour. Today was also the first sign of rain that we have had for about ten days or more and my blip focusses on both of these events..
