THE LITTLE BLACK SHAG

I was watching this little shag sunning itself and I saw in the distance a paddler in a canoe - I reckoned the canoe was close enough to make a decision for the bird to would fly off - and sure enough it did. This is the start of the takeoff - it unfortunately beat my panning technique !!!
