Definitely a one off, a copy of the plans of our house. Originally designed by a local arclitect for his own use, he never lived in it.
It looks as though the design evolved as it went along. Even these plans aren't true, one internal wall shown was never built, so bed 1 doesn't exist and the lounge diner is L shaped.
