Medieval Architecture
Year 2 Day 35 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic. First UK Vaccine 142 days ago. England & Wales opening up.
Granddaughter Amelia slept till about 8am and was full of life on waking with the bruise on her forehead hard to see. It’s been a busy day with an electrician doing some work outside, and a local furniture store replacing a wardrobe (damaged on delivery last October) and ottoman bed base that was damaged when a strut bolt sheared. Covid delayed replacement for the last six months!
I got out locally this evening to look for a wide photograph for today's Wide Wednesday theme of 'architecture'. I like the wholemeal bread from Waitrose, Monmouth and the 1272AD Monnow Bridge next door more than fit's the bill. Got the bread and the pic - it's the only fortified bridge remaining in the UK!
